Welcome to Dalmaray – a name as unique as our story. From our inception in 1957 by the visionary trio of Dale Carr, Marie Carr, and Ray Hemmingway, with just minimal forms and a single block and tackle truck, to becoming a premier precast producer in Wisconsin, our journey is a testament to innovation and resilience. The name "Dalmaray" is a creative blend of the founders' names, symbolizing the unity and inventive spirit at our core.

The Ausen Era

In May of 1971, Robert 'Bob' D. Ausen took the helm, transforming Dalmaray into a haven of productivity and innovation. This transformation was further accelerated when Bob's son, Rob, an Industrial Engineering graduate from UW Madison, joined the team in 1983. Their combined efforts propelled Dalmaray into rapid growth and expansion.

Growth and Innovation

Our growth journey led us to expand beyond the original Court Street workshop due to our ever-growing needs. In 1994, we moved to our current Arch St. location, which marked the beginning of an unprecedented era of growth. With Robert J. Ausen's vision, we expanded our production space and added new trucks to our fleet, setting new records in production and sales.

The new millennium brought with it a need for self-reliance. In 2003, we doubled our factory's size and added a modern batch plant, in partnership with Advanced Concrete Technologies. This leap made Dalmaray one of the most advanced precasters in the industry.
